A. Relax Sofas and Beds are a subsidiary of Style Furniture Limited.
We are a 'bricks and mortar' furniture retailer and our registered address is:

We have been trading for over 25 years and one of the Directors of the company has also been, for a number of years, a Director of a Silentnight Group company.
Together we have an unrivalled knowledge of the furniture industry.
Q. Do Prices Include V.A.T.?
A. Yes (VAT exempt items are available)
Q. What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
A. We accept all major credit /debit cards and 'paypal'.
Q. Do I have to pay in full when ordering?
A. If your order value is £750.00 or over you can select the option at the checkout to pay a 20% deposit only, the balance to be payable before delivery. All orders under £750.00 require payment in full at the time of ordering.
Q. Does a password have to be entered when ordering?
A. Yes, this is to enable you to view your secure order information, the password can be any word of your choosing.
Q. Do you do interest free credit?
A. Yes, On orders over £750 we offer 6 months BNPL and on orders over £1500 we offer 12 months Interest Free Credit, subject to status. Please contact us by telephone 01507-611065 (between 9.30am - 5.15pm, Monday - Friday) or by E-Mail firstname.lastname@example.org for information and finance forms. A deposit of 20% is required upon ordering. The interest free period does not begin until after your order has been delivered. Please note that a setting up fee of £29.00 is charged for the 6 month option.
Q. Does a telephone number have to be entered in both the contact no. and alternative no. boxes?
A. Yes, however the same number can be entered for both if you have only one number.
Q. What is the Staingard treatment?
A. There is 3 levels of protection available on all fabric & leather sofas/sofabeds, chairs & stools with a 5 Year guarantee. Level 1 - against stains occurring from accidental spills, ink marks & dye transfer etc, Level 2 - accidental damage, rips, burns & scratches etc & Level 3 - structual damage, including frame breakage, failure of manual mechanisms & electrical motors. Please note that the optional 5 year staingard guarantee is only available to Mainland UK addresses.
Q. How are your products delivered?
A. All upholstery orders are delivered to room of choice by our own dedicated Home Delivery companies, unpacked, assembled if required & all packaging removed. All divan bed orders are delivered by Direct Home Delivery carriers from the factory, into room of choice. All cabinet orders (over £495) are delivered to room of choice. Please note 'Express Next Day' deliveries & order under £495 are generally delivered by a driver only and will deliver items to a downstairs doorway only, delivery can be anytime during the day.
Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. No, unless the total amount of the order is less than £295.00 (all mattresses delivered free) or if the delivery address is not Mainland UK.

Q. Do You Deliver Outside The UK?
A. Yes, we also deliver to Eire, details upon request. Also we can deliver free (for orders over £295.00) to any Mainland UK shippers warehouse.

Q Who supplies your beds?
A Our suppliers include Rest Assured, Sealy, Silentnight & Sweet Dreams.
Q. Will you take my goods to the room of my choice?
A. Yes, except mattresses, metal & wooden bedsteads, all 'Express Next Day' delivery items & any orders under £495.00 in value (these will be delivered by a 1 man national carrier to a ground floor doorway only), unless otherwise stated on the items ordered.
Q. Do you unpack the goods?
A. All orders over £495 are delivered to room of choice & unpacked, generally for orders under £495 delivery is by a one man carrier to the door only, unless otherwise stated on the item ordered.
Q. Would it be possible to remove my old furniture?
A. Yes, for most beds and upholstery orders, however there will be an additional charge for this service, please contact us for details. Also most councils are sympathetic and will agree to take away furniture by prior arrangement.
Q. Can we deliver outside mainland UK?
A. Yes we can. We are able to deliver to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Alderney and Sark, Scilly Islands and Isle of Wight. However, there will be a charge for this.
