Q. Can I still order online?
A. Yes you can still order online through our website.
Our suppliers will continue manufacturing during this lockdown and our lead-times are as accurate as possible.
Q. I have an order outstanding, when will this be delivered?
A. We are working hard with our suppliers and delivery partners to ensure that delivers can continue whilst we are under lockdown restrictions. However, there maybe some unavoidable delay which we apologise for.
If a delivery team are required to enter your home, the team will continue to follow COVID guidelines. If you're self-isolating, shielding, or uncomfortable with this, you can postpone the delivery to a later date.
