Orders over £395 qualify for free UK delivery. Any orders less than this amount will be charged at £29.95, excluding accessories such as: cushions, fabric and arm caps; which are charged at £14.95.
Delivery to all mainland UK is free of charge on all mattresses and free express delivery items.

An extra 10-15 working days will be added to delivery times for non mainland UK destinations.

Delivery for orders over £750 is generally (see excluding postcodes below) carried out by 2 drivers who will deliver your goods to the room of your choice, unpack & remove packaging & assemble all upholstery items. Bedroom & dining furniture is also delivered to room of choice, however please ask if assembly is required. Disposal of your old furniture is available as an optional extra, again please contact us for charges . Small & 'Express next day delivery' items will be delivered by 1 driver to your doorway only.
Delivery to the following postcodes are to room of choice only & do not include unpacking or assembly: IV16-28 & 40-63, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH15-50.
Failed & Refused Deliveries
In the event you miss your delivery a card will be left with contact details to re-arrange delivery or collection. Please make sure when ordering that we are able to gain access to the delivery premises, this includes items you have ordered fitting through doorways.
If through no fault of our own, after confirming a delivery date, you refuse delivery we reserve the right to charge you to recoup transportation costs for the return trip.
